Really really works!
Once I started on these, I managed to dodge a lot of colds around me I'm sure I would have caught before. My one complaint would be I found the dropper a little hard to use, but that's not a big deal. Definitely recommend. -
I am in love with all things Bee, just so you know up front I’m a fan girl. Propolis, however, I’d not tried before. You might also need to know that I’m a fan of the “stay healthy scattershot approach,” which is more about small, irregular “doses” over a longer period of time. That said, I do have some gut issues and was attracted to the numerous health-promoting claims of bee propolis. This is a long-term project and I believe the antimicrobial claims of bee propolis might be beneficial for me. I’ve also been enjoying bee pollen, beeswax skincare products, and Manuka honey also to great effect. This seems a solid, quality product!

I used this as an antifungal. First off I am very sensitive and go very slow working up from a very low dose on most things. I have had lyme and cirs from mold. This says you can take it straight by mouth but do not do this, it is extremely strong and sticky. Add some water to your mouth before dropping any in. If you dilute it heavily in a glass it will never come clean off the side of it and still tastes strong. Outside of the glass dropper bottle it comes in you can smell it in the cabinet. I felt a dieoff or detox reaction at less than half the dose so it definitely has a powerful effect.

The dropper comes separate, so you’ll have to unscrew the cap and then pry out the safety plastic in the bottle first. The dropper is too cute, with its bee stinger like end! Will be trying to reuse that. :3 There’s no doubt this is bee pollen, no doubt also there’s alcohol in here, so go easy as that alcohol will pack a punch and you may have adverse reactions. So you could stretch this longer than the 30 days suggested. Product of Brazil, first item I think I’ve reviewed from there. Wonder if it’s Terry Gilliam’s Brazil? :P

Bee propolis is very powerful with over 300 compounds in the form of polyphenols, which are antioxidants that fight disease. in particular propolis has a ton of flavonoids, which have antioxidant properties, like what you would find in wine and berries. Propolis is powerful not only when ingested but when applied to burns and wounds because of its antifungal and healing properties, like promoting cell growth. There's a reason the ancients swore by bee propolis throughout the ages.The key is not to take too much! Bee propolis has allergenic properties when taken in large doses on a regular basis. I had this happen with oranges years ago. I would eat several oranges a day and after a few months whenever I pealed the orange, my hands would get extremely red from it. but when I stopped for a long time and had an orange again, the reaction was gone. Don't take more than 100 milligrams per day (1 drop) and you should be good to go!

This is exceptional! The propolis tincture comes with a high percentage of dry extract that is of very good quality. I warn you though that this one has alcohol in it. For me, it's perfect, as I only use propolis with alcohol in it as it's more effective that way, but if you are not familiar with it I warn you that it burns your mouth if used undiluted. So know how to use it, and you be fine. This product is excellent!

This is one of those supplements that I have a love/hate relationship with. I say that because I really hate using this stuff; however, I absolutely love the wonderful benefits that it brings to the body. Well worth putting up with for that alone.Like all bee propolis extracts, it tastes nasty. It's strangely bitter sweet in that you can definitely taste the honey aspect of this, but it's also bitter. Can burn the mouth a little too due to its potency. As one who does not like honey, even the good part of this has me not liking the taste. But I put up with it because this stuff does wonders for my body, especially for my immune system. Keeps me healthy and in good shape. Sometimes I'll just lace it in a piece of bread or some other food just to get it down easier and quicker. You get more of this into the body if used sublingually, but sometimes I'm just not in the mood for that. Because of that, I'll tend to use a little more when lacing into my foods.This extract is of a very good quality. Clean and safe to use. There are no additives and should be safe for most people.With allergy season coming up, this is a definite must in my supplement use.

I've tried several different bee propolis extracts and feel they help in my fight against allergies. They tend to have a very strong flavor which puts some people off, but this one seems milder in scent and taste. Maybe I'm just getting used to having propolis in my coffee which pretty much conceals the flavor.This comes with the bottle sealed with a plastic stopper and then a screw-on lid. The dropper is included and well-packaged to avoid breakage in transit.This is a 30-day supply but is something I expect to keep taking long-term. Living in Florida pretty much means dealing with seasonal allergies all year long.

Has some excellent clinical support. No taste in the fruit smoothie.I recommend the extract over the caplets. I think it's better absorbed.

I've used Jarrow Formulas bee propolis before, which is a non-alcohol based propolis extract, and this Brazilian Bee Propolis seems stronger. I think alcohol may extract the properties better. I was blown away by the smell when I opened the bottle. I love that resinous smell. The packaging is very well thought out. The bottle comes completely sealed, with the dropper separate from it. I think this is a very high quality propolis extract.
